There is no way to create an exhaustive list of the “best” Mexico All Inclusive resorts. There are simply too many, they are too varied, there are too many resort areas in Mexico to make a useful list.
Additionally, every traveler approaches their trip with a unique set of factors that are important to them – budget, specific amenities, room type desired, whether or not kids are allowed, how important food is, and important milestones being celebrated are just a few of the things that can affect resort choice. What might be the best resort for a couple on their honeymoon wouldn’t be the best resort for a family with young kids, for example.
However, we do have some favorites that we’ve made note of over the years, either from personal visits, client feedback or other travel agents who have consistently raved about particular properties.
Table of contents:

Here are three of our favorite Mexico All Inclusive resorts – a crowd favorite, a personal favorite and a travel industry favorite.
Our favorite Adults Only Mexico All Inclusive In Cabo
In Cabo, my favorite resort to send clients based on the feedback I’ve received is the Marquis Los Cabos.
If you live in the Western U.S., Los Cabos (encompassing the towns of Cabo San Lucas, San Jose del Cabo, and the corridor that runs between them) is an easy travel day with short flights from many airports. This makes it an attractive getaway for couple trips, family vacations and holiday escapes to warmer weather.

The Marquis Los Cabos is a stunning, adults only All Inclusive Mexico resort that includes 209 suites and 25 casitas. We’ve had clients stay in both the casitas and the suites and return very happy from both. The decor, the service and the food are all lauded as top notch. The pools and beach front location are noted as a main draw to this resort.
My Personal Favorite Mexico All Inclusive Resort in Playa Mujeres
My personal favorite All Inclusive resort in Mexico is in Playa Mujeres, a private gated resort community north of Cancun.
Atelier Playa Mujeres is a luxury, adults only all inclusive resort featuring 593 suites in various configurations including swim outs and suites with roof top hot tubs. It is an arty, high design resort with incredible food. The resort is nestled alongside a Greg Norman designed golf course and some reservation levels have green fees included.

A Travel Industry Favorite Mexico All Inclusive in Riviera Maya
UNICO 20°87° is a resort that flies somewhat under the radar with the general traveling public but has long been a favorite of travel professionals who make it their business to know and appreciate Mexican All Inclusives. UNICO 20°87° is located in the Riviera Maya, this adults only All Inclusive is a great value for the level of service, food and amenities offered.

What I love about Mexico All Inclusive vacations versus a busy city vacation or a European trek, is that there are no demands, You don’t have to worry about how you are getting from place to place, there are no arguments with your family about where to eat or what activities you’ll do each day. You show up, check in and everything is easy. But knowing which All Inclusives have great food, good entertainment and nice beaches can take some research.
If you are planning a beach vacation, it’s worth considering a Mexico All Inclusive Resort, for part or all of your stay. Have a favorite? Let us know in the comments!
